Fantastic job! Awesome you've come over the the cooks side, too :)

Wonderful job on your first Daring Cook's Challenge! This looks so yummy, and I think I need to break down and by me one of these cooking dishes so I can get that beautiful brown cheese on my next batch :D
Well done on your first DC challenge. Looks amazing! Makes me wish I cook more but I'll stick to the baking for now :)

Oh my. These enchiladas look so delicious! The recipe definitely looks like a challenge but I bet it was totally worth it. I'd love to see a post on the corn tortillas too!
Wow - your stacks look delish. Love your blog!
Can't wait to make that tart, also!

Welcome to the daring cooks and great job on your first event. How lucky you can find tomatillos there. How odd indeed you could but not me in Mtl lol. 3rd dish is a May 27th reveal...not Monday. But Monday may be a surprise too!
First challenge? Wow, looking great and I am sure tasting delicious. And of course welcome to Daring Cooks:))))))))
Congratulations on your first challenge! You did a fabulous job! And you even made the tortillas!
Oh, Mary, one photo was more than enough because my mouth is watering so much now, another might send me back to the market to make more..NOW! Your enchilada turned out beautiful..a feast for the eyes!
Completing both Daring Cooks and Bakers Challenges is definitely a challenge in and of itself but it is worth it. I feel much more reasonable about the cooking ones... If I eat lots of enchiladas in a week it is completely okay...not so much with tiramisu! Great work!
What a pretty picture!! The bake looks fab.
These look great - very warming on a chilly night.
Looks so mouth watering, I love enchiladas. Great job on the challenge.
Mimi
